Responsibilities: • Lead the Affiliate Channel including platform partner management. • Administer accounts of top-tier and mid-level affiliates. Interface with partners as frequently as necessary. • Manage all aspects of the Affiliate Marketing program, working closely with internal business teams. • Use Affiliate Marketing best practices to optimize program performance.
• Coordinate with publishers to post correct affiliate links, offers and banners. • Analyze and grow performance of affiliate marketing programs on a weekly and monthly basis using Google and or Adobe Analytics. • Research and contact potential partner sites/blogs. • Coordinate paid placements with sales reps at publishers. • Follow up with new leads and recruiting them as partners • Ability to build and grow affiliate program for an established skin care brand. • Conduct regular category analyses to ensure that The Proactiv Company has a competitive offer. • Utilize web analytics to make data-driven decisions that optimize program performance. Help understand how the affiliate channel assists other channels in driving subscriptions. • Coordinate with internal teams to align Affiliate Marketing with organizational goals and objectives. • Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues. • Negotiate media buys with affiliates and organize year-long or peak seasonality media proposals. • Work closely with dedicated account management team at affiliate network • Other duties as assigned. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field, required. • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience working in the affiliate and performance marketing field, preferably in direct response or skin care beauty. • Experience working with Rakuten, Commission Junction, and other similar programs. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong aptitude with MS Office products, especially Excel. • Self-starter and works well within a team environment. • Ability to effectively manage and build affiliate relationships and programs. • Working knowledge of tracking and reporting software such as DCM, Adobe Analytics and GA 360. • Understanding of simple landing page / web design best practices and ability manage multiple on page tests.
