Sourcing Manager

The Sourcing Manager is responsible for sourcing and buying strategies and supplier management in procuring parts for all Home Services' business units for specific lines designated by the Category Manager.


Responsibilities:


Develops and drives strategic sourcing solutions in the after market part supply chain to leverage Sears buying power as it relates to cost and margin improvement, including global sourcing and strategic purchases • Develops appropriate metrics and manages supplier performance to provide value-added solutions that are adaptable to changing business needs and provide for lowest total supply chain cost, including fulfillment, cost, sub-source inventory optimization, field support, alternative sourcing, order management processes, transportation, and technology • Develops metrics with Sears Logistics System (SLS) to manage freight expense and source compliance to SLS transportation standards • Develops strategy and process to increase revenue opportunity through new product introduction, promotions, product tests at Schaumburg, Illinois Product Repair Center (PRC) and other channels • Develops excellent relationships with retail buying partners to leverage Sears buying power and streamline new product introduction processes • Develops strategy to maximize return to Sears on excess inventory and share best practices across parts Supply Chain • Provides systems maintenance for national parts database (NPD) and library imaging system (LIS) • Leads collaborative forecasting and capacity planning for all Product Repair Services (PRS) channels with suppliers • Develops private label parts strategy for appropriate part categories • Improves and executes a new product introduction process • Handles day-to-day supplier performance and purchasing issues • Leads cross-functional sourcing teams to develop process improvement and sourcing opportunities • Uses knowledge of market place dynamics to manage parts availability and margin opportunities • Conducts internal and external benchmarking of best practices

Job Responsibilities:

Searching and Develop the oversea buyer.
Promote our quality control services to overseas customers buying from China. 
Identify, contact and prospect potential clients and turn them into customers. 
Maintain client's satisfaction and develop the revenue brought by clients. 

Requirements:

3 years working experience for readymade garments,have readymade garment experience it's better
Native English speaker from USA or other English speaking countries,
Experience of importing from China is preferred,
Excellent interpersonal communication skill,
B2B sales experience is preferred,
Chinese speaking is a plus, 
Self motivated, able to work well under pressure, organized

* If you stay in China more than 5 years and learn new knowledges very fast, we are glad to train the suitable candidate to be a qualified export sales.

Pay Package:

Basic salary + Merit pay + commission + commercial insurance + bonus + other incentive.
